Alysha teaches yoga for anxiety and depression, in a simple easy manner she teaches students how they can quiet their bodies and thus quiet their minds. Students learn that the body and the mind are connected and that yoga can help them to build up greater resources of calm to take into their week.

The Sad Yoga classes draw on recent scientific findings about the effects of yoga for anxiety and depression.

Classes are held in small groups and are designed so that students can manage their anxiety effectively whilst attending the classes.
